He painted. With art, he could define everything he was. She was not so much. She just watched him paint. ***** Eloine Pentaris has always been sure about only one thing-that Andrew Evanston is the love of her life. Too bad they've already broken up. Even worse that she still loves him the same. So when he suddenly leaves town, disconnecting himself from her and everybody else, what does she do? Of course, cry a pond over it at the park she calls her safe haven. Enters Cyan Davis, a new, mysterious boy in town, with tissues and heartwarming quotes to soothe the damsel in distress. Cyan has a secret that he doesn't tell anyone at school. He paints. To explore everything he is, to define every momentum he gains. She starts observing him everyday-painting alone by the river and wondering why he is so secretive about it. As she notices him painting with a talent like no one else in Islaire Town, she gets a little more attracted to him and his uniqueness, each day. Then one fine day he catches her noticing him. And their lives collide for a memorable journey. As eventually they come closer, get to know each other better, more things are realized than ever before. With both having stories to be told on their sides, their canvases are only about to get painted. ***** "For even his name hinted at the most beautiful part of art -colors. He was the bright ocean, his greenish-blue devouring waves had never failed to generate strong current inside her." If you're judging this book by its cover and title, you're already proving the point this story wants to make. Try to move past this satirical obstacle in front of you. This is a story about bullying, and like the hundreds of other books on the topic, it will show you the harsh reality of being discriminated, belittled, ridiculed for something you cannot control- how you look, who you love, or what you believe in. But unlike these books, this story's sole purpose is not to tear your heart out of your chest as you mourn over your loss of faith in humanity. Instead, this book will make you laugh and love alongside these characters. Just like in life, there will be moments of dread and surrender, but there will also be moments of happiness, laughter, and love. - Naomi Lorraine, better known as Nerdy Naomi with her thick-rimmed glasses and straight-A report card, is the most unpopular girl in her school. Even with the help of her sarcastic comebacks, that doesn't stop her from getting bullied by everyone in Dartwell High. Every day her childhood bully, Raymond Meyers, knocks her off her feet, literally. However, she can't do anything but survive the laughs, insults, and bruises high school gives her. There are three senior transfer students, dubbed the Three Musketeers: Bennett Frazier, Jordan Wallace, and Declan Lynch. All in one day, Naomi catches their attention one by one. With her snarky attitude, but innocent look, they can't help but want her. But not the way you're thinking. Oh no, not like that. Instead, it's probably the whole opposite. It's quite simple really. She'll be their good girl. And they'll be her bad boys. ~ [This story is a first draft written by a 13 to 15-year-old girl so it has its fair share of grammar mistakes and plot holes.] Wattys 2015 Talk of the Town Award Second Place Story of 2015 Best Humor and Overall Points of The Fiction Awards 2016 Third in the Writers Awards 2016 Highest Ranks: #1 Humor, #1 Teen Fiction

Highest Rank: #1 in Romance, #1 - painting, #1 - heartbreaker, #1 - one-sidedlove, #1 - unrequitedlove, #1 - engagement *********************** Still not satisfied with our physical contact, he leaned his face down to meet mine as his fingers gripped my chin. "Fiancée?" he asked, whispering the word. I nodded as the tension I felt from our body contact got even more intense. I stared at his handsome face. "You claim yourself my fiancée?" I nodded again. Of course, I was his fiancée and I'd claim that title no matter what. "Let's see if you really are," he whispered slowly in between his breathing. His tone broadcasted danger and it made me shudder. "A fiancée can kiss her man. Now, let's see if you can---" And with that, in just a heartbeat, he pressed his lips against mine. *********************** He is my one great love. I've loved and adored him since I laid my eyes on him and to be his wife is my life's absolute dream. But he hates me. He has hated me since the day he first saw me and he makes it sure that breaking my heart and pushing me away will be his greatest achievement. In spite of all the drama, the pain and the heartbreak he caused me, I still insist to be engaged to him --- this cold, aloof, and heartless man. Yes, he is my one great love. But he is my one great challenge as well. Will I be able to create a heart in my heartless heartbreaker? (Cover made by @itsmyaah) Copyright © HervinaMollejon™ 2015-2016 All rights reserved.
