I am forced to live against my will, with people I barely know. Everything that I've ever loved has been taken away from me, leaving me to survive with a group of strangers. All I want is a reason to live, and maybe he will be my reason. Gemma Jenner is the daughter of Dr Edwin Jenner of the CDC, who is attempting to find a cure for the apocalypse. When a group of stragglers approach the CDC for answers, they take them in. However the group discovers that the answers are not what they expected and what they were looking for. When the death of her father forces her to survive with this group, she reluctantly begins to make connections with these people, amongst them Daryl Dixon. Gemma and Daryl are polar opposites and seem to be everything the other hates. But will the current situation of the world draw them together and help them see past their differences? Surviving is what Rowan does best. She's been alone almost since the beginning and it's suited her just fine. Lately things have changed; a group has appeared and she can't help her interest in them, especially one particular redneck with a crossbow. What will happen when they meet? Will the two loners of the apocalypse realize that they're better off together? **As always my descriptions kind of suck but trust me, this story is worth the read!!

I didn't want her to know about him, to know about the man that had left us behind. But now that he was back, how could I hide it? How could I hide the fact that the redneck is her father? Hayley Bennett had never been more in love in her entire life, loving the mysterious redneck from across the creek. And what baffled her is that he seemed to like her back. Until he up and left her one day, without warning or goodbye. After weeks of depression she decided to have a fresh start and move in with her college friend, Maggie Greene. Little did she know that it wouldn't be so easy. Four years later, Haley and her daughter Annabelle are stuck on the Greene's farm in the apocalypse, waiting for a miracle to happen. Until one day a sheriff turns up with a shot boy in his arms, brining with him the past that Haley had left behind. I do not own any of AMC's or Robert Kirkman's characters or story lines. I do own my own characters and storyline and would appreciate if they weren't stolen. This story is feature in Wattpad's The Walking Dead Fanfiction reading list! Copyright @ree_louise

Hope Dixon has done things that she never thought she'd be capable of in order to survive. After the Governor's assault on the prison, her family was scattered, broken, and unsure of whether they would ever find each other again. Reuniting in a train car inside Terminus was unexpected, but welcome, and together they fought their way out. Back on the road, struggling to survive, the challenges pile up. When a new community opens its doors to her group, Daryl's lone wolf background does little to help them overcome the new struggles that come with living among strangers. Grief keeps them apart, and insecurity threatens to keep it that way. What's more, Hope realizes that something has happened that will forever change her relationship with Daryl. How does she tell him when their relationship feels on the brink of falling to pieces? Book Two in the Apocalypse Angel Trilogy
