Post AYITL ~ My own thoughts on the aftermath of the final four words. Her goodbye was not something he ever wanted or expected. Although he understood her reasoning he needed her in his life. A new life with new surroundings, new adventures and new experiences. All characters are ASP's and sadly not my own just the story itself.

This story follows Rory's daily life and all of her struggles, beginning approximately five years after A Year in the Life has ended. This is NOT a sequel to The Aftermath, as this takes a completely different direction. FinnFiction **DISCLAIMER** I do not own the characters or any references from the original series and/or the revival. Those were written by the talented professionals in charge of those official story lines. If it had not been for those episodes which were created by a fantastic team of writers, I never would have been inspired to try and create my own tiny piece of Stars Hollow in my own mind.

After those last 4 words, I DEMAND more. Here is my take on it. Warning: there will be SPOILERS.

Logan lives in California. Rory is on the campaign trail and they stop in California. What happens when they run into each other? Will they reconcile or will Logan make a tragic mistake that takes us to where they are now? I suck at descriptions!!

So.... those last four words happened. And then the screen went black. I couldn't just leave our favorite girl hanging, so this is my take on what happens afterwards. I really hope they make new episodes, but until then, this is it.

This is a continuation of Gilmore Girls, A Year in the Life. It picks up where the Netflix revival left off and is centered on Logan and Rory's love story. **Note, I do not own any rights to the Gilmore Girls story line or franchise. No copyright infringement is intended.**

This story picks up where "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" leaves off-- Lorelai and Luke are married and Rory announces she is pregnant. How does the Danes' relationship change now they've said "I do"? How does Rory deal with the pregnancy...and the baby's father? Follow along with my story to learn my take on how these beloved characters-- and others-- continue with their lives. After we left Star's Hallow we had just learned that Rory was pregnant. No doubt by Logan. However, we also know that Rory and Logan also finally ended things, the morning after the reunion of the Life and Death Brigade, due to the fact that Logan was engaged to be married. So what happens now...
