Alan Ashby is what you'd call a loner in every sense. His dad is no where to found. Just as his world begins to crumble, someone shows up, literally. Austin is the new kid, he is unknown and mysterious. He has no friends and Alan finds something intriguing in him. Will they overcome the judgmental world to admit their feelings or will they let their love slip right through their finger tips?

Mute. That's what they would call him. Alan Ashby has been mute for 1 years not speaking to nobody because he had no one simply to speak to. After his parents nearly shunned him as soon as he came out of the closet. He didn't have anyone no family nor friends to talk with. He has absolutely nothing. That was until Austin Carlile came along. He was the star baseball player at the school who happened to be openly gay and no one minded really, sure there was the few people at the school who would call him a 'fag' but he didn't care because he was happy with who he was as a person. Then everything almost shifted. He ran into some boy who caught his attention. The 'mute' kid that no one talked to. He quickly gained interest in the little ginger and wanted to befriend him or maybe something more but first he needed to find out exactly why the ginger was mute in the first place.
