It's the year 2019 , Better Living Industries has taken over. When you think of Better Living Industries , you think of Battery City , but there's way more cities that BL/ind has manipulated that you don't know of.. When three killjoys , Exterminator Diamond , Cellophane Exploder , and Thunder Skeleton , escape from Apple City ( formerly NYC ) that's under BLI's control , and start walking southwest to find other killjoys , the famous group The Fab Four , to take down BLI .
