This story originally was going to be practice for my English, but I guess I can make this an actual story since I just feel like I have a good idea of how I am going to portray this story and I think it may actually be a good story. Either way, I'll leave the name, age, race, gender, attacks, transformations, and relations in the first part of the story. More characters will be added which will be in a later part when I decide to make them.

It was an idea I had since I was around 6 years old. History of Dynamic is named after the main character "Dynamic". Dynamic is a Tuffle from Universe 16 who has a very exciting story behind him. Also, same idea as Dragon Ball, they balls used to summon the Eternal Dragon is also the name of the Book, "Dynamic Ball".
