Life is broken. That's the only way to explain this damned world. You can't do anything without second guessing your decision, you think that what ever you do is wrong and I can't even count the number of times I've lost my morales. I've had to do things that you should only have to see in the movies. Killing should only be something you hear on the news, but now I don't get a day without hearing people cry and whimper for help or mercy. The world is broken, and it's all thanks to the damned corpses that rise up everyday and chow down on the living. The only reason I haven't given up hope, the only reason I haven't stopped fighting, the only reason I haven't sent a bullet through my brain is because of one thing. This thing that keeps me going, this thing fuels my body, this thing that makes me fight these diseased ridden freaks, is love. The love I have for my family and friends is the only thing that's kept me here, it's the only reason I walk the earth with the dead. Included among my family and friends is the biggest reason I didn't die at the beginning, he's one of the biggest reason's why I protect the prison with my life. This man that saved my life countless times is my broken saviour, this man is none other than my redneck.

A few months after Kuvira's defeat loyalists to her still remain within the newly established independent states that used to be the earth kingdom. Their target is to establish a foothold within the state of Zaofu, and use it's strategical position to later invade the largest state and earlier capitol, that of Ba Sing Se. Commander Xaio is the leader of the loyalist group called the uniter's imperialists, and they are the only remaining loyalist group.

One year after the defeat of Kuvira, Mako is back on the Republic City police force. When a sting meant to take down a remaining faction of the Triple Threat Triads goes awry, Mako makes an arrest that turns everything upside down. At first, Mako and everyone on the force dismiss everything the dirty, weird-looking girl says as the ramblings of a homeless lunatic. But when a giant, powerful spirit attacks Republic City, their only hope to stop it rests with the girl everyone thought was crazy. Soon, they find that the giant spirit was only the beginning, and the girl named Ula may be their only chance to stop a war that's been brewing for decades.

The new Avatar, Azaria, is put to the test when The Crew, (a non-bender empowerment group) recruits her for a mission, forcing her to live out her new destiny as the Avatar - to get the Three Line Title.

Post Book 4. Korra and Asami's new romantic life. They go on a romantic vacation to the Fire Nation together and Korra has a big surprise planned, but several problems arise in the aftermath.
