Winter Trails is an album of my poems, journeying through late fall when the wire of the trees begins to dominate, till the end of January. After promoting it and it soaring to three quarter million reads, Wattpad unceremoniously dumped it. Here it still is though.

Islam. Only one word, but more than twenty percent of the population. At least one fifth of this whole entire world is Muslim. But yet there are some who don't know anything about them, despite being a Muslim themselves. Among these people is an Afghan Muslim girl whose name is Amarah Sahar. She is seventeen years old, a senior in high school. She was born and raised in Canada with an Afghan background. Amarah has lived her life thinking that life is all about people not religion. She's never even wondered what the word Allah meant until she met the man who mistakenly changes her life. She wasn't snobby, she wasn't a girly-girl and neither was she a good girl. She was the most popular girl in school. She was lazy, immensely dense and had incredibly bad habits . But with that she was also funny, teasing and loud. No one ever saw her as a threat. She was an only child with parents that spent two-thirds of their life working and only one-third living with Amarah. They failed to educate Amarah and give her support. But when a 22 year old student teacher enters the school and sees Amarah's bad habits, he won't forget and neither will he forgive so easily for what she has done and what she continues doing. Out of all the people who cut her some slack, he isn't any of them. Will this Islam-loving, strict but sincere teacher ever show Amarah the true light of Islam?

If you see this, I wrote it when I was 13... I am now 21... so... please don't read past the 1st chapter as it is very cringe. Check my other story Blinsided, I wouldn't say it is good, but it is definitely better than this crap. I am currently halfway through and will be posting a chapter every time I write a chapter. Thank You! Zahrah is a seventeen year old Muslim. As naive as she can get, she's about the nicest person at her school in her secluded miniature town. After painful years of being a child she shaped up to who she she is now, a fully covered independent...slightly crazy and loyal Muslim. Being an independent child and learning from her past to never plan your life out because you could pass away in a matter of seconds, she never thought about college or marriage until she is forced to set her mind on it. When trouble arises between her family and close friends she has to decide whether she should sacrifice herself for the benefit of others, by getting married to her childhood friend Zain Ahmad. Authors note: Hi :D Just to let you know... this is a Muslim story and it has the whole traditional background. That means that in your perspective not everything might seem perfect, but I'm doing my best not to put any false information out there. P.S. It is an arranged marriage story, but not really....You just have to read and see :)
