Kishi Suterusu is a 17 yr old high school student and joins one of the lowest ranked high schools in the country of Utopia along with his genius sister Hanaka Suterusu. He has acted like a delinquent all his school life but behind the scenes he works as a top notch secret agent with a special power called "stealthi" a power which allows him to disguise himself, camouflage himself and even turn invisible. So how will his new high school life be with meeting old and new people hanging around Kishi Suterusu and will they find his secret?
