This is book or poetry that I started back in the height of my depression and I've slowly continued to update it through my recovery. I've gone through a lot of things in my life that have led to a lot of poems full of my raw emotions. I continue to post today because maybe someone will connect with what I write and see my recovery and know they can do it too.
