Erika goes for a visit one day to have a look around Ouran Academy to see what it is like for her when she starts in September and since her cousin known as Nekozawa goes there she thought it would be nice to know one person. When looking around she meets Tamaki Suoh after bumping into each other in the hall. When starting Ouran Academy she meets the host club when accidentally breaking a picture of Tamaki Suoh, she now has to pay a lot of money which Erika can't get until a couple of months time. So she has to work in the host club and Tamaki forces her to cut her long blonde fringe which covers her eyes but Erika screams that she doesn't want to. What is hiding behind her fringe?

Her life has never been a breeze though a new school every year an traveling to multiple countries just to attend them. Will Ouran Private High School been the last stop on the rail way or will she have to continue the journey at the end of the year? Will the Host Club save our protagonist from her problems or will they be dragged in to her pit of despair.? Will Elliot finally realize she is not alone in the world and that true love has sparked between her and one member of the host club? Will sparks fly between them? Read to find out! An elegant play-ground for the super rich and beautiful. Izumi then gets dragged into the world of the Host Club, where she takes photos and helps make the photo books. She immediately hits it off with all the boys, especially with Tamaki, the "king" or leader of the club. Izumi, being a part of the club gets dragged along for each ridiculous adventure, and adds her "rules" of survival for each one into a "rulebook". But the rulebook can't have instructions for everything, like how to deal with enemies, drama, loss, friends, and even worse, love.
