The poor girl can't even remember her name, it's all apart of the game, because the demons of her past are just feeding off of her. . . . Although, on the other hand we have Alexander. The mysterious male wonder who somehow connects to her past. Who knew that in the time span of fourteen years, that he would meet the half demon who ruined his life at age seven, once again. There are dark times ahead, but it's possible that this girl could be the one to change his life a second time. Can he forgive the one who caused the biggest tragedy of his life? . . . The more important question is, can Alexander learn to open up, and can our nameless heroine of the story finally find herself falling in love?

This is book two to "~How it All Began~", we ventured into the love story of Alexander and Devine. Although, now that Sapphire is left with Carter, the waters will be tested. Will the childhood friends come together again and pick up where they left off? Or will Sapphire continue to pursue Alexander?
