An unexpected encounter between a nice guy and a nice girl. Will it turn out nice if the two realize they're roommate?

She was abandoned by her parents and was cursed with the ability to see ghosts and be able to physically interact with them at the age of 7. She vaguely remembers the night her parents left her and is unaware a dangerous demon is after her because of them. She was afraid to let people in after being abandoned once but she grew fond of two dorks until one of them died saving her from a near death accident and became a ghost. Now she lives with a protective brother-like man who treats her like a baby and an annoying ghost who likes to mess around with her. She is both grateful and sorry to both of them at the same time and they know it. She taught herself everything she needed to know as she grew up but was encouraged (forced) to pursue a higher education. There she met Park Jimin, a charming guy with a beautiful smile who made her uncomfortable from the first time they met. His aura is so pure that weak sprits and weak demons are instantly repelled but strong spirits and strong demons are attracted to him. He is very accident-prone, like Chaeyoung, due to this reason but is never majorly harmed due to a strong protection barrier that was placed on him. Chaeyoung is the only person in the university who he knows nothing about. He wants to know why she keeps running away from him every time she sees him. After Chaeyoung gets herself into multiple unnatural accidents he can't take it anymore. He wants answers but when Chaeyoung refuses to even look at him, in the most pleading voice he says "let me help you." This is my first story so sorry if it sounds boring! Please excuse any errors as well as I'm not a professional. All the characters do not belong to me, they are their own person!

But, behind every successfully run country there are secret organizations and powerful people that govern it. The country would simply crumble without the leadership and wealth of two of the richest families in Korea: The Parks and the Jeons. These two families run the two largest corporate companies in South Korea and have the potential to rule all of Asia with their combined resources; however, they have been sworn enemies for the past three decades. The Parks control the East side of Seoul while the Jeons occupy the west - any trespassing into enemy territory is punishable by death. The Parks have monopolized the electricity, food and mining industry whereas the Jeons have strict control over the technology, retail, gas and oil industry. At the surface level, the Parks and Jeons run respectable, multi-million-dollar companies, but underneath it all, both sides have underground organizations (AKA gangs) that do their "dirty work". The leadership of these gangs could only be entrusted to the sons and heirs to their family companies: Park Jimin and Jeon Jungkook. Although Jimin and Jungkook despise each other just as much as their fathers, they had always kept their distance and blatantly ignored each other's groups. However, the firm boundaries these families worked so hard to enforce begin to blur as Jeon Jungkook finds himself falling in love with Park Jimin's sister, Park Chaeyoung. #SerendipityAwards
