This human would be granted with numerous gifts and abilities and would be known as the Dragon Prince, destined to unite dragon and human kind. 300 years later, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III shoots down a Night Fury. He later bonds with it and names it Toothless. Toothless, suspects that Hiccup is the fabled Dragon Prince as their friendship progresses and decides to take him to the icy Bewilderbeast nest. Toothless does not lose his tail in this fanfic and there is ZERO, I mean ZERO shipping at all. Also Hiccups mother is not at the nest. Too many complications.
