Dr. Grace Mercy has never struggled with focus. Not through early graduation, not in med school, not while training as a military officer. Discipline built her. Routine defined her. There was always a next step. Until now. Back in PittsBurgh for her sister's first year of college, Grace is trying to relearn something she was never trained for-being a civilian. Normal life feels unfamiliar, too quiet, too unstructured. So when a position opens at a trauma center in Pittsburgh, she takes it. Not to run, but to adjust. To find a rhythm that comes with orders. She expects long hours, chaos, and control. What she doesn't expect... is someone who understands her without explanation. Someone just as sharp, maybe just as guarded-and somehow, the one thing that pulls her off balance. For the first time, Dr. Grace Mercy isn't sure if losing focus is a weakness... or the start of something she never planned for... let's hope they welcome the new Attending with open arms.

Joy has spent the last ten years running. From cold towns and worse apartments. From men who raised their voices too quickly. From motel rooms with broken locks and memories that still wake her up at three in the morning. By twenty-seven, she's learned how to survive quietly: keep moving, keep smiling, never stay long enough to belong anywhere. Oceanside, California was never supposed to be permanent. Neither was The Drop. After walking into the bar looking for work, Joy unexpectedly finds herself pulled into the orbit of the Cody family - a dangerous, volatile crime family held together by loyalty, violence, and Smurf Cody's suffocating control. Deran gives her a chance behind the bar, and what starts as an easy friendship slowly turns into something far more complicated as Joy becomes entangled in the family's lives. Especially Pope's. Quiet, observant, and deeply unsettling, Pope sees too much too quickly - the scars hidden beneath Joy's tattoos, the exhaustion she disguises with humour, the careful way she keeps one foot permanently out the door. As the lines between survival and belonging begin to blur, Joy finds herself becoming attached to the worst possible people she could ever learn to love. But nobody enters the Cody family untouched. And nobody leaves unchanged. A slow-burn fanfiction. This book will include heavy descriptions of drug use and addiction, self-harm scars/references, childhood abuse, domestic violence, emotional manipulation, mental illness, violence, trauma, sexual themes, and mature language. The feedback you guys gave me after i wrote my Jack Abbot books was AMAZING, thank you so much! I don't feel terrified sharing things i've written now, this will be VERY different to the other two books and a lot darker but i hope you enjoy it as much!

Completing your residency at Chicago Northwestern Memorial, had always been your dream but after your brothers suicide, a transfer to Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Centre to complete your forth year of residency was your escape, a chance to feel safe again. You are tenacious, fast paced, efficient and unshakeable but you can only stop the cracks from showing for so long before something has to give. You keep your cards close to your chest but finding real friends and real support slowly gives you the space you need to allow yourself to feel human again. But Dr Jack Abbot complicates things, a man who has become an expert at hiding his own insecurities, but can see straight through yours. This will be a slow burn and long - i'm unsure about how many chapters as yet! Discussions of suicide, OCD, self harm, eating disorders and trauma/mental health. There will be sexual elements and in depth discussion of a power play relationship but i think i will avoid the super graphic sexual situations and only allude to them. I've never published anything I've written before so I hope you enjoy! I had already written a lot of this so parts will come up quickly as I edit and post here! Feel free to suggest any routes you'd like the characters to take and i will see what i can do!

It had been two years since you and Jack had gotten engaged, you had taken a position as Chief Resident and everything had fallen into place. Now, you had not only bought a house but were also planning a wedding. Things had settled - calm, real, peaceful. But can this really last, the peace, the calm? Can you and Jack hold through anything? This will continue to expand on the power dynamic relationship. There will be discussions around baby loss, infertility, family trauma, PTSD, mental health, eating disorders and OCD. But it will be softer than the first book - less fast paced trauma and fighting for every element of their relationship but more settling into the life they've built together and that transition from the intense passion to something long lasting and solid, which in itself comes with new challenges, reality (honestly I think I've been listening to too much Noah Kahan which has influenced the soft edges, reflective tone of this!). This is a continuation book from 'I've Been Thinking Lately, Everybody's Crazy'. I had some amazing feedback and comments from you guys so thank you very much. It spurred me on to keep writing!

Dr. Autumn Hall loved working at Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital (PTMC) in the emergency room. After busting her ass to get through undergrad and med school early, Autumn found herself becoming a night shift attending in "The Pitt" just before her 30th birthday. Working alongside her close "friend" (maybe frenemy is a better word?) and colleague Dr. Jack Abbot, Autumn has cemented herself as a strong doctor and friend. What happens when a mass casualty event changes everything? Inspired by the lyrics "He looks like he works with his hands, and smells like Marlboro Reds" from the song "Crush" by Ethel Cain Mature themes, read at your own risk ;) Cross-posted to AO3

It was your first day of residency at Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Centre. You knew working in trauma would be difficult, but you hadn't expected it to be anything like this. After finishing medical school, you planned to specialise in cardiology. You had been born with a bad heart, and the hospital had been your second home growing up, so you thought you had known what to expect when you finally became a doctor. You had been so very wrong. And to make matters worse, everything you thought you knew about yourself was completely thrown off course by the incredibly talented and even better looking Doctors working in the Pitt. As the hours go by, the professional boundaries between you and your coworkers start to disappear. Casual touches and lingering glances last longer than they should, and you seem to find yourself falling for your much older attendings and coworker. I couldn't choose between writing a fic about Robby, Abbot or Whitaker so I thought, why not all three...? Lowkey this is just a reader insert I wrote for myself. I couldn't choose between Robby, Abbot and Whitaker so I thought why not all of them? this story will be told in traditional x reader fashion but of course for a show like this you need to have a surname so I've settled on you being Dr Reid (get it like reader haha) because I actually cannot deal with Dr Y/L/N and Y/N. Enjoy!
