Erica Hale is the loner with a sad past who eveyone tries to avoid becuase she pushes them away and the terrible rumors spread around by Ashley Sparks the most popular girl in St. Smithins Academy. Benjamin Ripley is the new kid and a math geek though everyone seems to love him since his new found friend Zoe Zibble spreads the word of him being a lean mean fighting machine. When the 2 paths cross Erica tries to push him away though it doesn't seem to work on Ben who is persistent on fixing the broken girl.
