Hope hates Faith, her sister. She has learned to accept that Faith is so much better than her. Diamond is a 17 year old girl that lives in The Bronx with her mother and brother. They live in a broken down house on the lower east side and are in need of money. Her brother finshed high school but couldn't afford to go to college, so he works two jobs so that he could support the family. But their mother addiction isn't making living any better.
