Treat them like prisoners and they'll behave like prisoners. Oakleaf Academy was a prison. No matter how you described it, no one would believe it was a boarding school. The kids were running wild, fighting, dealing and screwing their lives up beyond repair. It was for the roughest and toughest boys in the country, cooped up like animals. It wasn't a boarding school, it was a nightmare. And the boys weren't students, they were devils in disguise. Once you're in there, there's no turning back.

Soren McKinin; the disappointment of the family, the child his parents wished did not belong to them, the type fathers warned their daughters not to date. Anger issues, a heartless brute that got into fights and saw the world as dark grey, helpless and pointless lump of rock. He was incapable of happiness, of love. So Soren would fall, he'd fall unnoticed and unwanted. He would fall just like snow. ❝Don't cross me, Angel.❞ Slinging dope isn't exactly the kind of extracurricular Angelica Moore would want listed on her college applications, but when her mother's meager paychecks can no longer stretch to the end of each month, Angelica realizes she might not have any other choice than to start dealing. Fortunately for her, no one suspects the girl with a perfect GPA to be anything short of an angel. Maverick Weir controls the market in Dayton High, having bullied his way into a marijuana monopoly. Angelica might have a strong mind for business and the school administration wrapped around her finger, but Mav isn't about to let some goody-two-shoes steal the keys to his kingdom. Neither of them are going to back down from a fight, but when the true enemy becomes their inescapable attraction for each other, the two just might make a pair of unlikely allies. Started - July 31st, 2019 Finished - ongoing Newly out to his parents, 16-year-old Milo gets kicked out of his home by his parents. With nowhere to go, the first person to pop into his mind is his best friend, Jasper. Jasper moved out as soon as he scored a job that had a big enough pay because of his abundance of siblings, getting a cheap, two-bedroom apartment next to the small towns high school. But when he finds his crying friend on his doorstep asking what to do, he knows what the best option is. Roommates. ------ If NO ONE comments "oh my God, they were roommates." I will be severely disappointed. Also, there will most definitely be homophobes in this book (as that's part of the story.) as much of an attention whore that I am, please don't read if homophobes will make you uncomfortable. I don't like launching people into a crippling depression.

Highest ranking: #1 in Teen Fiction -- "Sunshine, what guy do you know has a weird fetish with sign language?" She's the aftermath of a high school party nightmare. Tragedy robbed her of her innocence and stole her voice before she had the chance to speak out. The court called her a liar, and the guilty was set free. Now memories plague her mind and trap her in solitude. She was forced to learn sign language, struggling to find a way to voice her silence. He's the definition of the boy she tried to stay away from. The epitome of harsh rumors and hopeless fantasies. The source of lies and blame. He's analyzed, misunderstood, and utterly mysterious. And he may be the one to find her voice. When they meet, she gets accustomed to his arrogance and he gets accustomed to her silence. An essay is what brings them together, but what happens when he starts asking too many questions? Will her past continue to drag her down, or will he save her? Fate has a funny way of bringing people together, but it doesn't always work how it's supposed to. *different summary inside* "Perfect amount of tragedy, humor, and romance!" -Sparkles530 "I feel like I learned a lot from your story, thank you." - 980Sarah "This book is beautifully written.
