It seems that no matter how much time passes by, the big questions left by Gilmore Girls 'A Year in the Life' still remain. Who was the father of Rory's baby? How committed was Logan to the Dynastic plan? Would Rory bring up her child alone as her mother had? It's time to go back to Stars Hollow once more and try to get some closure. But first, it's off to London to see how Logan is doing since saying goodbye to Rory at New Hampshire.

This is my interpretation of after the final 4 words. I'm also a huge "The Resident" fan so I am planning this to be a sort of cross over because Conrad reminds me so much of Logan and what I envision Logan to be had he gone to med school. It is not going to be a full cross over. The location will be in and around Stars Hallow and Hartford as well it will be staying consistent with the Gilmore girl characters along with some of the resident characters as well just not at Chastain. I hope you enjoy how I link the two shows. I do not own the rights to any of the characters.

Rory Gilmore is pregnant with her ex's baby. She is still trying figure out who she is really meant to be when she grows up and she is about to find out just how small the world really is. Life might not turn out the way she planned, but it might be better.

Rory is on the campaign trail with Senator Obama working for what is, in my head, somewhere between Huffington Post and Politico- she's writing political pieces and has a blog for the site Reporter Girl: Life as a Rookie Reporter, Logan did propose and walk away- went to California. This story picks up towards the end of June 2007 as the couple reconnects- they've missed each other, they were always destined to be together. But what happens when a sudden and severe illness threatens their newly rebuilt relationship? How will they juggle a life threatening illness, burgeoning careers, parental disapproval and Finn? Slightly AU- Lorelai and Chris had some marital problems, but none of that "you're the man I want to want" stuff, they're actually trying to work through it, going to therapy, it's going well and Gigi is acclimating to Stars Hollow life. Title comes from the quote by Plato: "And when one of them meets with his other half, the actual half of himself, whether he be a lover of your or a lover of another sort, the part are lost in an amazement of love and friendship and intimacy."

This AU story follows Rory on her journey after graduation. She experiences something very traumatic that causes her to shut down. Who comes into Rory's life to bring her out of the darkness? I have written the characters as close to canon as possible, but this Rory is a little more bold. ROGAN This is my first attempt at writing a fanfiction. Please review and help keep me on task. From when Logan, Colin and Finn played that stunt in Mr. Bells class and Rory getting back at Logan by having Richard talk to him while Finn and Colin watch. What if Mitchum catches wind and takes it seriously? Rory meeting the family sooner than planned and all things either coming to a crashing halt or it escalates quickly. How would Shira act towards Rory earlier? Would things be better, or worse? Also, what if Rory wasn't showing a high school student from Chilton around campus when the stunt was pulled.

It was never that she thought he wouldn't come, it's that she knew he would. There wasn't a lot of things that she was certain about, but he was one of them. She just wasn't sure she was ready to make that choice for him.

Rory knew she needed to tell Logan about the baby and so she made a decision to tell him after his wedding, she couldn't fathom having him leave his dynastic plan for her. I don't own Gilmore girls or it's characters I'm just a fan wishing for more! All pictures are from Google searches.
