I was lied to. Deceived. Of course, I didn't know it at the time. All I knew was, I was Sakura Haruno, I didn't have a clan, and wasn't special. My family gone, I had no-one to rely on in the world. That is, until I find my sister is actually alive. The Hokage and all of the Jounin have been lying to me my whole life. I even have a Keikei Genkai. Sakura is sent to the sand to teach young shinobi the healing tactics of the leaf, in a time of war it is necessary to share jutsu's. She is also there to train with Temari, who is teaching her to use physical strength instead of chakra- inhanced strengh all the time. But as Sakura gets to know the sand siblings, she starts falling for the Kazekage. And a certain group of very powerul ninja disaprove of the relationship between the villages. After the return of Naruto into the village and the successful retrieval of the bells from Kakashi, Sakura decides to relax getting ready for the next mission. Though little does she realize that her old teacher has realized how much she matured in these few years. She will also soon realize that a childhood crush never seemed to go away. This fanfiction is at the very beginning of Naruto Shippuden and is just going off on it own story line. Might have mature content later, but for the moment PG-13.
