Dragons like princesses. Everyone knows that. But the kingdom of Teana is pretty lacking in maids of the royal variety - which must be why Alannah finds herself tied to a pole, surrounded by sheep, and in the most ridiculous white dress she's ever seen. Only she's not a princess; she's a witch. And she's not interested in being another notch on this dragon's belt. All she wants is get back to her Grandmother's shop, and back to her normal life. But she's days from home, and her only assistance is a blundering knight-in-training, a recently captured slave - and the dragon, who follows them around like a curious puppy. A large, dangerous puppy that can look human whenever it chooses - yeah, she's definitely in trouble. BETA/DRAFT: All rights reserved. Visit www.lemedlock.com for information on upcoming stories.

Lee Marshall was anything but a typical woman, she grew up in a military home with her father, General George Marshall or simply, The General, her mother, sweet Caroline, and her two older brothers, Grant and Jackson. Yup, you guessed it, they are all three named after famous generals. Her father was a strict but fair military man, U.S. Army. Her brothers followed in the family tradition that went back for hundreds of years and enlisted in the Army. They all three attended military school, then West Point. Much to her father's dismay and pride, she signed up too. The military didn't make things easy for her, it is still very much a man's world, but Lee didn't take anyone's shit. She was tough, focused and damn good at her job. If they let women into the special forces, she would have been perfect, but they didn't so she was one of the best damned weapons specialists out there. She made it her life and loved every minute of it. When her mother died from breast cancer,Lee, Grant, and Jackson had been deployed and although her brothers had been called back, she was on a mission that they couldn't pull her out of in Fallujah, that mission changed her life forever. She was captured along with her team and held prisoner for two weeks before the SEAL team got them out. She was never the same after that, and due to the injuries she sustained, medically discharged from the Army. She had a long road to recovery ahead of her and knew she was on her own. Carter Stevens was a hardcore Navy SEAL who lived one day at a time, one mission at a time. He never settled down in one place and he was done with that. He was ready for a good woman and a family of his own. He had no family to speak of, the SEALs were all he had, all he needed until he meets Lee. She storms into his life, all pissed off, and throws him for a loop. Will they click or blow themselves to pieces?

I will be your heart, if you will be my shield. In a world where magic supposedly didn't exist, Serena has spent years struggling to conceal her unpredictable singing magic. While wishing for a peaceful life where she can sing without fear, she sees a man in handcuffs being forced into a shady research center. Their eyes meet, and the soulbond is forged. Darien is not from this world, and he's been held captive for years. With the soulbond amplifying his strength, he can fight his way through almost everything, but not every danger can be fought with fists. Their love draws them together even as power-hungry enemies try to pry them apart. They want to control Darien for their own purposes, but he's too strong to be controlled by force. Their love is their greatest strength-and their biggest vulnerability. But magic has its own rules, and no song can go unanswered. Excerpt: I pitied the man, although with so many cops around him, he was quite dangerous. Who needed 30 police officers to supervise one guy who in handcuffs and leg shackles? I watched him walk down the gauntlet between the rows of officers. It was as if I couldn't look away. He paused and looked around. His brilliant glowing blue eyes seemed to meet mine across the vast distance. I couldn't even blink as his eyes seemed to hold mine. The trees of a park broke our locked gaze as the bus kept on driving. I took a deep breath, suddenly realizing that I had stopped breathing the moment our eyes met. I had never seen such blue eyes before-and they glowed! A shiver ran through me. I had been too far away to make out the color of the man's eyes. My eyes watched the trees, hoping for a break in them so I could see the man again. I had no such luck. --- Fade-to-black action fantasy romance Copyright November 2017. *EDITORS PICK* "This book has been so amazing I found myself daydreaming about it💖💖 totally worth my time 😃" "This story has had me laughing, screaming, and squealing with excitement. Dexter definitely gives me "dude really?" vibes and I'm so grateful the ending wasn't dragged out. Gaby is painfully relatable and I love her dearly and here I am wishing I had a friend like katya. I don't think I could give this story any more love!!! 💛💛💛💛💛" If you like this book, you can buy it: https://bookgoodies.com/a/B07RD1HRR5 A boy, a girl, a dating guru-what can possibly go wrong?! Gaby's recently split from her boyfriend of ten years and needs to escape fast. Where better than the Highlands of Scotland where she can lick her wounds and recover in peace and quiet? Fate has different ideas in mind. First, there's the rough and ready Jack McAllan who bears more than a passing resemblance to Gaby's favourite fictional Scottish hero. He's an important part of the local community, even if he's failed to impress Gaby so far. Who knew a guy could be so rude and taciturn? Then, there's the mystery of the woman whose home she now inhabits. Kirsty's left too many tantalising clues for Gaby to resist, not least her not-so-secret identity and YouTube fame. But why did Kirsty run, and does it have anything to do with the red-haired Scot who keeps turning up in Gaby's daydreams much as she tries to resist... Featuring kilts, mist-cloaked hills, lochs where the water runs deep, spoilt cats and a little too much whisky, Highland Fling is a sweet, fun-filled romp through Scottish small towns and rural life, finding love, making a fool of yourself and discovering that an overactive imagination leads you into all kinds of trouble... The perfect book for fans of chick lit humour, laugh-out loud romantic comedies along the lines of Jill Mansell, Sophie Kinsella and Jenny Colgan.
