(Der Titel der Geschichte wurde nachträglich geändert. „Eine Reihe glücklicher Ereignisse" sollte Anfangs nur eine Übergangslösung sein, es hat sich dann doch länger hingezogen, bis mir ein anderer Titel zusagte. Der Name ändert natürlich nichts an der Geschichte, also viel Spaß :*) ... Auf der Dachterrasse angekommen schaute ich mich um. Ein paar Leute saßen auf Barhockern an hohen Tischen, andere saßen auf einer Art Lounge in der Ecke. Neben der Bar war eine kleine Bühne aufgebaut. „Heute Open-Mic ab 22 Uhr" stand auf einer kleinen Tafel daneben. Open-Mic? Hmm, immer noch besser als eine laute Disco, sagte ich zu mir selbst und setzte mich an einen der Barhocker direkt an der Bar. „Was kann ich für dich tun?" fragte mich eine kleine, blonde Frau hinter der Theke. „Einen Caipirinha, bitte." antwortete ich. „Mit Eis?" „Auf keinen Fall" dachte ich mir. Eis im Alkohol verwässert nur alles. „Bitte ohne Eis, danke." sagte ich und lächelte ihr zu. „Kommt sofort!" Ich drehte mich mit dem Stuhl Richtung Bühne und schaute mir alles genauer an. Auf der Bühne standen einige Lautsprecher und in der Mitte ein Mikrofonständer. „Das wird ziemlich cool heute. Es kommen sogar ein paar bekanntere Comedians, um neue Sachen für ihre zukünftigen Programme auszuprobieren." unterbrach mich die blonde Barkeeperin in meinem Erkunden. Ich drehte mich wieder zu ihr. „Comedians? Denen kann ich eigentlich nie groß etwas abgewinnen." sagte ich entschuldigend. „Wart's ab. Vielleicht gefällt es dir doch." zwinkerte sie mir zu und reichte mir mein Getränk. Die Frau sollte Recht behalten.
