Who knew Joker and Harley would ever have a kid? Joshua never wanted to become a bad guy like his parents, but that angered Harley and Joker, so they'd abuse him. It was mostly Joker doing the abusing, not Harley. Joshua's childhood was complete sh*t because of Joker. When Joshua was 16, he had gone through so much trauma and Joker had long rid of Joshua from all good and turned him evil. Joshua ended up running away and causing mayhem and havoc in Gotham City. Killing people and robbing banks and stealing rare jewelry. He was known as Teenage Joker. However, Teenage Joker's not alone. Another villain that goes by Chelsea Grin is aiding him in all his hostility. Can Batman put an end to their treachery? They are just teenagers, shouldn't be hard, right? Or so Batman thinks.

Doug never asked for much. He just wanted friends and for his father to love him. But he can never get what he wants. Doug's father is the typical abusive father with a drinking problem. Doug's step mother works late hours at the local strip club. School isn't all too easy either. Doug has a disability that makes it hard for him to focus and understand things which causes his grades to plummet. His dad isn't too happy with the grades and servilely punishes him in all the wrong ways. Doug is never safe at home or at school. He is targeted by just about every bully with no friend to help him. Doug is helpless. Lonely. All he wants is to be loved. Nobody loves him because he's not perfect. That's why his dad doesn't love him.

Jenna just wanted to live a regular life as a normal human. But because of the circumstances, she can't ever live that life....
