Trauma is not something that many people are comfortable discussing. I wouldn't say that I am, but it does help a great deal with therapy to finally admit the things that have went horribly wrong in my life. Yes everything is true. If you have negative opinions, keep them to yourself, I'm not interested. I was abused on every level. I am traumatized. I don't know if I will ever really be okay. But I'm on my way.
