Katie was your normal eighteen year old girl...that is if you called normal jumping on your bed singing at the top of your lungs to your favorite song into your hairbrush all the time. She has long brown hair, was 5 foot 6 and was the only girl amongst the five kids her parents had; she was the oldest. Katie was the captain of her school's soccer team and was the reason for them winning the championship four years in a row. She did everything with her best friend Lily. They had been friends since the third grade. Lily and Katie have this obsession with a band called One Direction; it's all they can think about when Katie isn't thinking soccer. Posters of One Direction covered the walls of Lily and Katie's room. Katie was in love with the one called Harry Styles. Katie loved Harry's curls; they made her go crazy. These girls knew they had a one in million chance to ever meet One Direction. But then one fall changes everything in Katie's life forever and it will never be the same.

A mysterious tunnel stands in Carter's town. Ever since a little girl, she was told to always stay away from the tunnel. Danger lurks inside of it, and that scared Carter. No one was ever able to see the very end of the tunnel; even daylight couldn't shine through it. Now, 19 years old with such curiosity, Carters friends drag her back to her childhood memory, pushing her into peer pressure and forcing her to see what's really in that tunnel.
