At the end of her senior year, the titian-haired titan is facing her most incredible challenge yet: finding out who she is and what she is. Ever since the graduation party-after- party, things have been a little different in Dana's head. She sees things she cannot explain and things she doesn't want to believe. Amongst all of this, kids from her school are being mysteriously murdered and Dana seems to be the missing piece of the puzzle, and she knows it. Sadly, not even her parents believe her and her siblings think she's nuts. There is one person, however, that believes her. Can they convince her of her true identity? Sure. Fine. Whatever.

Scully/Mulder - She's always dealt with his absence, thinking it was for her safety, for William's safety or for the sake of their job and knew that he would always return, no matter how long he'd be gone. FBI agent Fox Mulder is working a case, just like any other he has. Then he meets Avery, a nineteen year old girl who witnessed the crime he is investigating. Avery ends up having to take refuge at his apartment, as part of her protective custody. She begins to take a liking to the agent and she couldn't imagine anywhere else she'd feel more safe, than with him. Mulder takes a liking to the girl as well, feeling especially protective over her. His partner Scully takes the lead on the case and he personally watches over Avery.

One shot short story for the TV show X-Files. Mulder and Scully have to send a time travelling monster back to where it belongs. MSR.
