{was FEATURED} Cannibalism [kan-uh-buh-liz-uh m]; noun 1. the eating of human flesh by another human being. ~~~~ Welcome to the Church of Cibus. A place where people come to strengthen their enlightenment with Jesus Christ. The services are short; the people are helpful, kind, and caring; and the food is outstanding- which leaves people insatiable and has them coming back for more. But if you defy our pastor, do not pay your dues, or go snooping in his secrets, then you may just end up on the menu. ~~~~ This story takes place in Southern Georgia- meaning that the dialect maybe in English but there will be a hard southern accent with some characters. This story's style is Local Color and is based off of my sane imagination. ~unedited~ Church of Cannibalism is now active on the game, Episode, so you can interact with all your favorite characters. Just go to the app store; download Episode (it's free) and search up "Church of Cannibalism" or go to the Trending Tap.

Our favourite stories are about heroes, about good triumphing over evil. We want to hear epic tales of selfless people performing great deeds and overcoming insurmountable odds. If that's the kind of story you're expecting, then you'd best get back to whatever alternate dimension you came from. They call me Trig. I'm a bounty hunter. My line of work might not be particularly honourable, but for a cyber-human outcast with a sizable chip on her shoulder (specifically, several thousand microchips) it's the perfect fit. In a galaxy full of pirates, rebels and thieves, an abomination such as myself is considered more machine than girl. My bionic appendages make me the ideal killer, the best you could ever be unfortunate enough to meet. At least, that's what I thought up until the day I made a single, crucial mistake. Now, the inhabitants of some half-baked planet are singing my praises and calling me their saviour. I could get used to this new, cushy lifestyle if it weren't for a pissed-off former employer gunning for both my head and total planetary domination. The fate of the universe hangs in the balance. If ever there was a time for a hero, this would be it. But I already warned you, this isn't that kind of story.

"If we were so riveted in the spectrum of nature, why did we stand, petrified, as we became corrupted by idle technology, stupefied by glowing screens, stolen from life as we know it from enemies right under our noses? Why did we relent to this obvious threat when we did have the capability to change, and prevent our peaceful hierarchy from being razed? It was the consequence of this stupidity that condemned us all to slaves, servants of a towering race of robots and data." The year 2096. Robots rule the world. Their grip seemed impenetrable, the extent of their control unknown by the humans. Society is blinded by the splendour and wealth of all the technology. "We live in mere fear, unable to access any computerised knowledge for fear of being discovered. We're convicted to the old ways of living, our specialists abilities unable to be used. It puts a very ironic twist on the definition of being free." COMPLETED --

There is no night in the Everburning City. There can never be. ***** For four hundred years the Everburning City has withstood the advance of the life-strangling fog known as the Gloam. Its walls have held back five invasions, but on the eve of the sixth, the city's inhabitants know things have changed. Golems are coming out of the mist, and the bodies of the dead are rising at the Gloam's bidding. The city's last and most desperate line of defence comes in the form of the Crafters, individuals who can channel the power of fire, though they risk their sanity each time they do. The brightest of these valiant heroes are Tabitha a'Loria and her apprentice Gerald Reath. Risking their lives, they mount their airships, determined to save the last bastion of humanity - the Everburning City. [[word count: 100,000-150,000 words]]

❃ AWARD-WINNING WATTPAD FEATURED STORY ❃ Still reeling from the fallout of the Battle for the Broken Shore, Khadgar learns Azeroth has less than one month left before Illidan rises again as Sargeras's avatar. While the battle for Illidan's soul rages within the Nether, Khadgar must gather the quarrelling nations, find and breach the Chamber of the Eye, and stop Gul'dan before it is too late. But at what cost? ❃ In the endless void of the Twisting Nether, Illidan wakes, formless. His fallen body--long housed in the Vault of the Wardens--has been stolen, his awakened soul trapped by the immense powers of the Necromancer Gul'dan, servant of the Dark Titan Sargeras. Taken away and hidden deep within Suramar's ruined Temple of Elune, Illidan's body hangs suspended in fel energy, transforming into a powerful dreadlord. Gul'dan, his new master, shows Illidan his destiny. Through Gul'dan's eyes, Illidan's terrifying future unfolds, he is to be the avatar of Sargeras, the Commander of the Burning Legion. He watches, horrified, as he eradicates his home world, consuming all life, leaving Azeroth burning in eternal flames. But Illidan's fight is not yet over. By waking him, Gul'dan has granted him one final chance to settle an ancient score: to bring an end to the Burning Legion once and for all. As his soul drains little by little into the Titan's avatar, Illidan realises he cannot stand against the Legion alone. In so much darkness, there must be light. There can be only one.
