Stefan (28) is a rescue worker in Mystic Falls hospital, he's been working there for a few months but nobody really knows anything about him or his family that he never talks about. Elena (25) is a young doctor, she just finished university in France, got her Doctor's degree and moved back to America with her 60 year old partner, but suddenly, her whole world crashed down... ...this story is slightly inspired by The Vampire Diaries, Elena always wanted to be a doctor and Stefan's doppelgänger Tom even was one. This is how it could have been if they were all humans.

Matt and Elena are the "perfect" couple at their school in Mystic Falls, quarter-back and cheerleader, but what will happen when the mysterious new guy, Stefan Salvatore come into town and Stefan starts to fall head over heels for Elena? Is Matt Donovan really the "perfect" boyfriend behind closed doors? And Elena's best friend, Caroline, starts to take an interest in Stefan, will she get in the way of Stefan telling Elena how he feels? ---- This story will contain: Stelena, Bamon, Klaroline, Love triangles, and lots of drama. Characters like Rebekah, Katherine, and Kai will probably make appearances too. This will also be the first story where I try hard on my writing instead of just throwing everything together so I hope someone enjoys it!
