"You don't have to do this Amy" he pleads, eyes glossy. I turn to him, my face blank, "You're right, I don't have to do this" I try to sound confident for myself and for him but I can feel my eyes begin to water and the sobs make their way up my throat "but if it means saving you, I'd do anything." A single tear runs along my cheek as I give him a weak smile but all I saw were his beautiful emerald eyes filled with anything but joy but instead filled with worry, sorrow, fear. It ached to see them filled with such negative emotions. Before he could protest or before I had the chance to change my mind and run into his arms to feel his warm embrace, to forget everything that was actually going on, I jump. I knew there was no other option for me.. for us. As I feel gravity pull me closer and closer to the ground, I could feel the tears slide down my face. I shut my eyees tightly and hold my breathe, preparing for impact. SPLASH! The world around me is freezing and I feel as cold as ice, but my skin burns and almost feels as though its on fire.. I suppose frozen fire still burns.

After moving to West City, eighteen-year-old Pan runs into Trunks, an old family friend she views as nothing more than a jerk and a pain in her backside. However, Pan soon realizes that there's a lot more to Trunks than she thought, and before she knows it, she's falling for him. As the two start dating, two children arrive from the future, claiming that they are there to study, but really they're hiding a terrible secret. One that may just ruin the past and future.

Trunks and Pan were best friends and nothing could change that. When Pan moves to North City with Gohan for a few years, Trunks and her continue their close friendship. As the years pass, it's hard for Trunks to not notice just how much Pan is growing into a beautiful young woman. But, Trunks isn't the only one who has their eyes on Pan and little does he know, the other guy has a dark secret to hide.
