Jake is your average teenager... well almost. Jake was born as a little girl named Jade. He has been accepted by his parents and siblings as female to male transgender. His family have moved to a new town in order to give him a fresh start as a boy called Jake. No one at his new school knows, apart from the school nurse and a limited number of teachers. How long will it take for others to find out? Do not read if you are against the LGBTQ+ community There are a lot of self harm mentions and in depth discussions about self harm. So please read only if you feel comfortable enough. Trigger Warnings (will be stated at the start of triggering chapters)
