It was an accident, but Phil blames himself. Dan's gone, but Phil still feels him there. What did it matter if Dan was dead? Nothing.... Nothing mattered anymore.... Dan and Charlie had a very public breakup. Dan and Phil meet, but what Dan doesn't know is that Phil's been watching him for over a year now, but what he doesn't know won't hurt him, right? Wrong.
