jess and liz are twin sisters that are ordinary 16 year olds. they moved to new jersey and happen to go to the same school as the dolan twins. ethan and grayson dolan are 16 year old star athletes and are pretty famous on an app called vine and youtube. they all become close and things become more romantic. but it isnt always easy when youre dating Grayson Dolan.
