The masked ones have existed in the city from the start, protecting humans from the unknown dangers and perils. The monster beneath your bed and waiting in your closet is real. The fanged bloodsucker is there, but he is not out for claustrophobic love of Bella Swan. Midnight moon enunciates the howl of the creatures roaming in the shadows.
