After a chance encounter Mia and Dmitri are thrust together into the paranormal world. As a vampire working for a special underground branch of the FBI this world is nothing new to Dmitri, but he has to help Mia discover her role as his mate and as the Keeper of four powerful stones. Dmitri has to learn to open up after being haunted for three hundred years by his terrible past and Mia has to accept her new fate faster than anyone should.
