첫사랑의 설레임, 기억하시나요? 10년 동안 그녀의 가슴을 처음으로 뛰게 한 이가 미국에 있다고 생각하던 신다혜, 다시 그와 만나게된다. 가슴은 잠깐 다시 뛰었지만 주고받는 오해와 상처로 그 가슴은 잠깐 가라앉은듯... 하지만 "첫사랑"이라는 말만 들어도 자기도 모르게 뛰는 사람의 마음...♡
