Grace is a young Black Latinx woman who grew up in a small immigrant town with her large loving family but she wants to forge her own path, away from them. Rylen is a young white man who has had every luxury and privilege known to wealthy Americans. Despite this, all he wants is to step out on his own. But when their paths cross again and again the fates put young love, integrity, and family support to the test. When an immigration crisis all too common hits Grace's family the difference's between Grace and Rylen seem to become more important than their similarities.
