Three new Avengers have joined the group but as usual things don't stay quiet for our heroes. It's been brought to the attention of Steve and Natasha that two rivaling covert operations have bonded together. They now pose an international threat and it's up to the team to stop them. This isn't like anything they've faced before. They must rely on brains rather than brute to outsmart the enemy.
