This is a story about a young mare that gets caught by wranglers protecting her herd, called the Saeta herd. But when she meets the rival leader of the Cimarron herd, Spirit the stallion the two herds might just join forces to escape captivity.

Rain, a small pinto filly, is a horse growing up in a Native American village. She lost her mother, Sky, and her father, Cloud at a very young age. Her best friend, Lily, is palomino filly. They would do anything for each other, even if it meant danger.
