This story follows an inkling named Jet and an octoling named Coral, who have teamed up with The Squidbeak Splatoon to take back Inkopolis from the evil Octarian Order, which is led by DJ Wasabi (or Echo, as Jet calls him). During all this, Coral is also searching for her long lost sister, who went missing because of the Octarians. Aiding Echo in control for Inkopolis is his right hand man, Glitch, who is a powerful hacker created by Echo. Not only that, but Echo has hired the assistance of two sibling bounty hunters.
