Mahiru is in highschool and sees a kid watching in the window of school as he and the other kids play soccer. When Mahiru tries to befriend the lonesome blue haired kid and the kid refuses, Mahiru makes it his mission to make the kid become his friend, to make things more simple of course.

Mahiru and his Servamp Kuro were walking home from school one day when it began to rain unexpectedly. The two retreat to Mahiru's place soaking wet when they realize that there is no electrical power available in their home, nor anywhere in the entire town, and there wouldn't be for an entire week! During the outage, Mahiru realizes that perhaps his feelings for Kuro were more than he presumed them to be, and struggles in his attempt to accept his new feelings. Kuro might as well be on the same boat, developing new and uncertain feelings for Mahiru too. Will they both find they courage to submit to each other before the electricity cuts back on?
