This story used to be called Newt and Tina but I've changed the name because it wasn't really much of a title. It was written before the existence of 'Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald'. Newt returns to New York with the very first copy of his book. Nobody knew how long he would end up staying there. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them does not belong to me. The entire Harry Potter universe belongs to J. K. Rowling.

It's finally summer, and Tina is dreading another boring summer stuck in her apartment and office. That is, until Newt invites her to spend the summer with his family. Tina is swept into a wild adventure with Newt and his two siblings, and throughout it all, Tina finds herself falling madly in love with Newt.

Newt loves Tina, but is determined to make the deal he made with Tina happen in the hope that Tina will find a better man. Meanwhile, Tina tries to prove her love for Newt is true, but cannot seem to fully persuade him. Will Tina be able to convince the love of her life that he is the only one for her? Pretty much exactly what the title says. I'll be writing some Fantastic Beasts One-Shots about Newtina, Jakweenie, and the entire Scamander family including some events from Emily Scamander's life.

It's 1927 when Tina receives a letter from Newt informing her that he will be returning to New York. During his stay, the two learn how to identify their developing feelings for each other, and, more importantly, how to communicate them. As Newt and Tina navigate through a maze of events and hardships together, they begin to glimpse each other's true selves and fall in love.
