Five years had passed since Silvia Dawson escaped capture with her sister, Lilly. Life continued in their world as normal. But after Lilly seems to have gone missing, Silvia suspects that her sister had gone back and worries for her safety. Silvia, along with help from an old friend, venture back into the Featherlands to find that things have gotten much worse at the hands of a new Badland Queen. On a quest to rescue her little sister, Lilly Dawson finds herself in a world obsessed with tickling. Though some of this world may see tickling as a positive form of communication between friends and family, others see it as a weapon, used to torture and torment.
