Teddy meets Jessie and Zuri on the subway and later on, when a blizzard traps Teddy, Pj and Cody in New York City, they have no choice but to stay with the Ross family for Christmas, but everything goes wrong. The Ross childrens' presents go missing, no one remembers anything, and there's a reindeer in the penthouse! Can the Duncans help the Rosses get their presents back? Will they find out where the reindeer came from? And most importantly, will they ever remember what happened?
