Camila Cabello and Lauren Jauregui from Miami, Florida both applied to Kensington Academy in England. They both get in and on their first day they meet and find out that they are roommates. Camila is completely mesmerised by Lauren at first sight, but Lauren's too caught up in their first day to notice the younger Latina's attempts to woo her. They, along with three other girls, Ally Brooke Hernandez, Dinah-Jane Hansen and Normani Kordei Hamilton, are the only Americans in the school which is why they are roomed together. The five girls are the only new students in their year, the rest of their year have been together since they began the school when they were five. All five girls grew up around horses and are all very talented.
