When former youth pastor Dean Mitchell - who once oversaw the ex-gay program sponsored by his church - returns to his home church after being away for 2-years, no one is prepared for what he has to say. His heart is torn when he comes face to face with the young man he had fallen in love with while attempting to help him become healed of his homosexuality - and the young man is now engaged to a woman and, to all intents and appearances, free of his same-sex attraction. Now, Dean must deal with his own wounded heart as he struggles to come to terms with his feelings about the young man and his newfound happiness with a woman. Yet his heart continues to question: is the young man truly straight? Or is there more going on than meets the eye?

**NOTE: This is a short story I wrote up real quick. But it is actually part of a series that will continue.** Joey takes a hard blow to the heart when long-time boyfriend - Doug - suddenly dumps him during their anniversary vacation, leaving him stranded without money or a way to get home. Deciding he doesn't want to go home-ever-Joey takes to the highway where he is quickly picked up by the ruggedly handsome redneck, Owen-an older man who helps Joey forget about his heartache and pain, and helps Joey understand that he is strong enough to make it on his own, he doesn't need Doug to take care of him. Seeking to escape his own pain through intense sexual encounters, Joey takes to the road, always in search of his next "fix"-unaware of his true destiny that lies within.

This is the story of Axel and Tuck: a tale of debauchery, douchebaggery, felony, and plain stupidity. It is a tale written by two best friends with nothing better to do with their law degree than write the story of their anything-but-monotonous life. DISCLAIMER: This story is a satire. Enjoy at your own risk :)

I remember the first time I saw Raven Beaumont, all five feet of pure gorgeousness. Thrown out of his home by his stepmother after his father's passin', my sister found him on the streets. Lord only knows the kind of temptation that boy offered and knowin' he was in love with me made it all the more harder. He was too young, too inexperienced for a man like me and so I had to cut him loose. After a date gone wrong Raven returned home broken inside and the only way I knew to bring him back was with love. Love I didn't want to give him in the first place. hell with letting him go. That one taste of him had me hooked like a fish. %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% My books are written explicitly for a MATURE AUDIENCE. From the moment my hormones kicked in, I knew I was different from other boys. Not wanting to make other people too aware of this, I stayed within the confines of a stereotype to avoid social suicide. However, I did it in a way that would not make me compromise who I am as a person...
