Aiden throws a party for his little sister and but finds nothing but a suicide note. Frantic he goes to find her. Just as he was about to give up he sees Krystina and his sister Aubrey sitting on a bench. Furious Aiden confronts Krystina, "The fuck is your problem! Are you rubbing your sick emo shit all over my sister!?" All stay silent. "I saved her life..." Amanda was being bullied. She suffered from major depression. She only had a few friends. Her parents never cared for her and treat her like crap. It all took one bad day to end it all. So she texted her friends saying bye. She ended the text with "if your reading this its too late..."

These are just some poems that I have made and found.

A book of poetry aimed at people who have or are struggling with the addiction of self injury. These are poems highlighting the growing problems of self harm. It isn't judging, though, and doesn't insist that the person suffering MUST stop or MUST recover, but it gives that option and emphasizes the good things about quitting.
