I'm finally posting some X-Men fan fiction here, which I love to write. This is a "What If..." story. What if Rogue never joined the X-Men? And what is she met Gambit soon after her powers manifested? This is a long story and about 40 chapters, so updates will be regular. Note: keep in mind that I do write in accents as many of the character are southern.

Rogue was never the same after the events with Mr.Sinister. She ran of leaving everything behind. Her friends, the xmen, Gambit. But Remy isn't about to let her walk out on him.

WITH SCOTT AND JEAN BOTH DEAD AND THE PROFESSOR ALSO PRESUMED DEAD, THE SCHOOL'S FUTURE NOW RESTS ON STORM'S SHOULDERS. WOLVERINE HAS LEFT AGAIN AFTER RECEIVING A MYSTERIOUS NOTE FROM AN OLD FRIEND. ROGUE IS HAVING TROUBLE ADJUSTING WITHOUT HER POWERS AND FEELS BOBBY NO LONGER LOVES HER. HER JEALOUSY OVER HIS AND KITTY'S FRIENDSHIP IS TOO MUCH FOR HER TO BEAR SO SHE LEAVES FOR PARTS UNKNOWN. I wrote this awhile back when I was going through a depression. It's a darker story, with references to suicide, and the ending is a little bitter sweet. Hope you like it.

Rogue had absorbed Ms. Marvel's power, keeping her locked away in the back of her mind. But that never stopped the guilt. Every week Rogue would go and visit Carol, hoping for some change, some chance that her reasons for guilt would no longer be valid. One night, the visits take a horrid turn. Now Ms. Marvel is in control, with Rogue trapped in the back of her mind. Will anybody notice in time to help Rogue? Or is it her turn to be trapped back there for good? *There will be some Romy (GambitxRogue) and just a fair warning I suck at accents so I'm sorry if I offend anyone with them. **I've seen all of the 90's X-Men, X-Men:Evolution, and Wolverine and the X-Men, not to mention all of the movies. When I wrote the first chapter I hadn't finished Wolverine and the X-Men, First Class, or Days of Future Past. Now I am all up to date. ***And obviously I don't own X-Men. If I did, I would be doing better things than writing fanfiction and watching Netflix. I would make more movies and actually ADD Gambit and Rogue scenes. Where they're together. And she's not with Bobby. (What the heck was with that?)
