A Gilmore girls fan fiction.... what I want to happen

It has been two years since Rory Gilmore left Stars Hollow to follow the Obama campaign. It has been two years since Rory turned down Logan's proposal at her graduation. It has been two years, but it still feels as if time has not altered their relationship. Things seem to fall back into place very easily, but is it really that easy to jump back in? Has Logan actually matured? Rory needed time to pursue her career, but now that she has her dream job, can she reconnect with her dream man?

This is my interpretation of after the final 4 words. I'm also a huge "The Resident" fan so I am planning this to be a sort of cross over because Conrad reminds me so much of Logan and what I envision Logan to be had he gone to med school. It is not going to be a full cross over. The location will be in and around Stars Hallow and Hartford as well it will be staying consistent with the Gilmore girl characters along with some of the resident characters as well just not at Chastain. I hope you enjoy how I link the two shows. I do not own the rights to any of the characters.

This picks up right after the new drop at the end of AYITL from Gilmore Girls.

Dinner at the Huntzberger's didn't go according to plan. Insults thrown left and right at Rory but Logan defends her. However when a certain cord is struck things take a drastic change.

This story is about what was going on after rory called it quits with logan. A little bit before New Hampshire and what happened afterwords. Rory's got a new man.
