Peyton Ryan is your average eighteen year old girl. She’s lived her whole life in Wolverhampton with her best friend Tatem King and her two other friends Alex and Tanya. Her other best friend used to be Liam Payne, but he hasn't bothered to contact her for the past two years after making it to 3rd place on the X Factor with his new boyband. A few days after Graduation, Liam shows up out of nowhere and attempts to pick up where he left off. He convinces Peyton to come on tour with him for the next four months over in the US. After massive amounts of begging, she reluctantly agrees to go with him and his four band mates. The next four months turn out to be nothing she’d expected, but maybe everything she’s needed. The adventures that One Direction manage to drag Peyton on are anything but normal. They drive her insane, make her laugh, cause her sadness, but most importantly, make her realize how amazing life is when you let go and just live. This story is not only a story about rekindling friendships, but forming new ones and maybe even falling in love in the process.

My life played out before my eyes, everything from my first steps to my first kiss. It was like watching an old black and white film, all about my life's story. Yet, it had almost abruptly ended and I had not even done everything that I wanted to as I was only eighteen. I had wanted to go to university, aspirations for becoming a doctor, settle down and have a family, everything a normal girl wants. I'm not your typical, everyday girl though. I have a twin brother who is in a famous, world-renowned boy band called One Direction, and a medical condition that could potentially threaten my life. I had been severed away from everyone and everything, when no child should go before their parents. I was on my death bed, when I was granted a miracle. I was given a second chance at life. Maybe this time, I will be able to be a normal girl?
