In between cases, Sherlock and John get a knock on their door from a young women in need of help. And of course, even if Sherlock is unwilling at first, they help her back onto her feet and she soon becomes honorary resident in 221b Baker Street. But will her demons follow her and ruin the new life she has made for herself.
